Six doors across two counties, one closing

Overview

A family partnership had accumulated six small multifamily properties across Newark, Irvington and Elizabeth since the 1990s. The two brothers running it wanted out before year end for tax reasons.

What We Did

One purchase agreement covering all six, one title order, one closing date. We priced each property individually and showed them the per-door math, including exactly how much the legacy leases cost them on the two affected buildings.

Outcome

All six closed in a single settlement on December 19th, inside their tax deadline. One wire.
